The hit anime Boku no Academia/My Hero Academia based on Kohei Horikoshi’s manga will be added to Adult Swim’s Saturday Toonami anime slate. The series directed by Kenji Nagasaki with animation by Studio Bones, follows the aspiring class of superheroes at U.A High School, as they learn to strengthen their powers known as “Quirks.” The series debuted in 2016 culminating to three seasons.

Season 3 will simulcast this spring. The manga recently released Vol. 12 following Class 1-A and 1-B as new they battle new villains. Izuku continues his journey to reach new levels of the One For All Quirk he gained from All Might, and take his idol’s place in the future.

The film My Hero Academia The Movie: The Two Heroes set to release Aug. 3 will be an original story. The film follows All Might and Izuku as the travel to a city over Japan. The film will feature visuals of a young All Might and new villain troupes.
