Scrooge McDuck and company are back with more adventures in Duckburg. Everyday in May, Disney Channel will air new episodes of Ducktales. Huey, Louie, Dewey, Webby, Launchpad, Mrs. Beakley and Lena return with more shenanigans, mystery solving and thrills. The new episodes will also feature familiar characters from the original show. Lin-Manuel Miranda joins the casts as Gizmoduck, a superhero whose real identity is Fenton Crackshell.
Last July at San Diego Comic Con, Darkwing Duck creator Tad Stones announced Darkwing Duck would join the show. Darkwing Duck is Drake Millard’s crime fighting masked hero whom works with his sidekick Launchpad. The series aired from 1991-1992.
Characters from Talespin such as Don Carnage may also make an appearance after Disney released visuals of him in a promo. Talespin aired from 1990-1991 featuring adapted stories with characters from Disney’s The Jungle Book.
With life being a hurricane for these characters fans can expect a tales of daring good luck woo-hoo fun.
